If you are planning to start using weight loss supplements or a diet regiment. Make sure to research both the Pros and Cons to see if it is a fit for you.

When we purchased the space it came with beutiful poclelian sinks and it fit the style of the architecture. Due to the abuse from the Stylists the porcelian looks horrible and makes the salon look very dingy. I found a great place online that sells undermount sinks at a great prices. If you are thinking about remodeling go check them out!

I do! I love the rush when you find a deal so incredible you know it’s a once in a lifetime shot. Years ago I came across a sale rack at Old Navy and found that t-shirts for my boys were only $2.00! I bought a dozen or so! I used to try the Black Friday thing every Thanksgiving but the crowds were just too much. And in this economy we all need to get the most for our dollar. I was recently killing time at KMart and saw their clearance rack. A handwritten sign said everything on the rack was only $1.99. Really? Yup!! I got sweatshirts, sweaters, long sleeve shirts, knit vests, and leggings. Each one was only $1.99 and I got a big full bag for about $20.00! The trick there was I was shopping in March and they were clearing out winter clothes. I went back the next day to see what I missed and found gloves and knit beanies for 50 cents!! Another bag full!

Another thing I love are coupons. When you find an item that’s already on sale, then you throw in the coupon – life is good! I’ve gotten household cleaners, soap and various groceries for free or near free. Check out Vitamin Shoppe coupon and see what you can find. There’s nothing more fun than saving money!
